Temso is designed to help users collaborate, communicate, and sell more effectively. To protect that purpose, you agree to:
- Use the platform in good faith 
- Comply with all local, national, and international laws 
- Treat others with professionalism and respect 
- Use AI features responsibly 
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Temso to:
a. Violate Laws or Regulations
Including but not limited to:
- Data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) 
- Export control laws 
- Anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL) 
b. Harm Others
You must not:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or group 
- Post, transmit, or store content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violent 
- Impersonate another individual or organization in a misleading way 
c. Abuse the Platform
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Temso system 
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data 
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls 
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code 
- Interfere with or disrupt the experience of other users 
d. Misuse AI or Automation
You must not use Temso's AI features to:
- Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content 
- Falsely impersonate someone else in writing 
- Circumvent human review in sensitive situations 
- Train external models or products using Temso outputs or data 
e. Violate Intellectual Property
You may not:
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights 
- Share or distribute content you don’t have the right to use 
- Use Temso-generated content to falsely claim ownership or authorship 
3. Excessive Use or Abuse of Resources
We monitor usage to ensure a fair and stable experience for all customers.
You may not:
- Create bulk automated accounts 
- Attempt to mine, re-sell, or bulk-archive data 
- Intentionally degrade system performance 
Reasonable limits will be enforced per your plan tier. Excessive usage may trigger throttling, rate-limiting, or review.
4. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP or abusing Temso, report it to us at:

We investigate all reports seriously and confidentially.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warnings 
- Feature restrictions 
- Temporary or permanent suspension of access 
- Legal reporting (in the case of serious harm or illegality) 
Temso reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the severity of the offense.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date” and notification via the platform if required.
