- AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before relying on them for business or legal decisions. 
- Temso shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, AI-generated content. 
When using these features, conversational data (text, transcripts, notes) may be processed by Temso's AI systems. This data is:
- Not shared with external AI providers 
- Not used to train public or third-party models 
- Encrypted at rest and in transit 
You control and retain ownership of your data.
