This page sets out how you may use the data Temso AI publishes on this website, including the AI search visibility rankings at temso.ai/rankings and the publisher directory at temso.ai/publishers. We refer to all of it here as "the Rankings Data".
We publish this data because we want it discussed, quoted, and built on. The terms below are meant to make that easy while keeping the dataset itself ours.
1. What you may do
You are free to do all of the following, at no cost and without asking us first, provided you meet the two conditions at the end of this section:
- Quote individual rankings, scores, or figures in articles, reports, posts, presentations, and academic work.
- Reproduce screenshots or excerpts of a ranking table.
- Reference our findings in commercial work, including client deliverables and pitch materials.
- Link to any page on this site.
This applies to commercial and non-commercial use alike. The permission above is conditional on both of the following:
- You attribute the Rankings Data as set out in section 2.
- You present figures as published, without altering them or implying that we endorse your conclusions.
Use the Rankings Data without meeting both and you are not covered by this licence.
2. Attribution we require
Whenever you use the Rankings Data, you must:
- Credit Temso AI as the source.
- Link to the specific page the data came from, not just our homepage.
- State the period the data covers, since rankings change between updates.
A credit in this form satisfies all three:

Swap in the title, period, and link of the page you took the data from.
3. What is not permitted
Without our written permission, you may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise bulk-extract the Rankings Data.
- Sell, license, or sublicense the Rankings Data, on its own or as part of another product.
- Use the Rankings Data to build, train, or benchmark a competing dataset or product.
- Present the Rankings Data as your own work, or remove attribution from it.
Republishing or redistributing a substantial portion of the dataset is a separate matter. Attribution alone does not permit it, and we do not grant it as a blanket right. We consider these requests individually and will grant them only by explicit written consent, case by case, on terms we agree with you in advance.
The permission in section 1 covers citing and quoting parts of the data. It is not a licence to take the dataset.
4. Accuracy and no warranty
The Rankings Data is provided as-is. It reflects what we measured across the AI engines we track, over the period stated on each page, using the approach set out in our methodology. AI engines change their outputs frequently, and rankings will change with them.
We make no warranty that the Rankings Data is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
5. Other uses
If you want to do something this page does not cover, such as a data partnership, a licensed feed, redistribution, or research access, write to us at legal@temso.ai and we will talk it through.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Uses made before a change stay covered by the terms in force at the time.
