Requests use the user agent "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; SISTRIX Optimizer; Uptime; +https://www.sistrix.com/faq/uptime)", and the monitoring can be disabled per project in the Optimizer settings under Project-Management > Crawler.

SISTRIX Uptime only requests the start page of sites set up as projects in SISTRIX Optimizer, and its documentation does not mention robots.txt, so a robots.txt rule is not the documented way to stop it. The documented way to turn it off is in the Optimizer project settings (Project-Management > Crawler, uncheck "Activate uptime monitoring"); otherwise you can filter requests by its user agent, which contains "SISTRIX Optimizer; Uptime".
