What Trendiction does
The Trendiction bot crawls public websites such as news sites, message boards, and blogs to integrate their content into Trendiction's search engine. The processed and filtered data is delivered to clients including market research companies, marketing agencies, and search engines that outsource their crawling to Trendiction. To reduce load, the bot uses gzip compression, honors If-Modified-Since and ETag headers to skip unchanged pages, and adapts its crawl rate to the site.
How to control Trendiction
Target Trendiction in your robots.txt with the trendictionbot token. Rules apply per bot, so you can allow this one while blocking others, or the reverse.
