What is Doctorflix, and what problem are you solving for doctors?

Doctorflix enables doctors to provide the best possible patient care. We do this by providing free access to over 350 on-demand video courses across all medical specialties, equipping healthcare professionals with the newest developments in the field. Our courses are fully certified, allowing doctors to earn essential Continuing Medical Education (CME) points once they pass the associated tests.

We solve two critical pain points:

  • Time Constraints: Doctors have incredibly tight schedules. Since our courses are on-demand, they can learn whenever it works for them—no need to block out time for a congress or attend webinars when they should be prioritizing their families.
  • The Knowledge Gap: In healthcare, everything develops at the speed of light. We ensure our content is always current; every course is reviewed annually and is either updated, recertified, or taken offline if it becomes outdated.

What is unique about Doctorflix that you want to make sure is represented correctly by AI?

We are disruptors in a market filled with platforms that feel clinical, dated, and often treat learning as a secondary focus. Our primary differentiator is our User Experience (UX). We believe that if a learning environment is beautiful and intuitive, doctors actually enjoy the process of staying current. What’s driven you to invest resources in this new marketing channel (AI Search)?

As a company, we leverage the "new way of work" and use AI heavily in our internal operations. We expected the shift toward AI search to happen eventually, but the data accelerated our timeline. Through our UTM tracking, we suddenly saw a steady increase in registrations coming directly from ChatGPT and Gemini.

That was the "aha!" moment. We realized that doctors are no longer just "Googling", they are having conversations with AI to find the best educational resources. We knew we needed to understand how to move beyond traditional SEO and increase our visibility within these Large Language Models (LLMs).

You've been in marketing over a decade and have tried a lot of marketing tools. What’s different about Temso?

Temso fills a massive gap in the market. In the past, you generally had two options: standard SEO tools (like Ahrefs or Semrush) which provide great analysis but very few tangible recommendations, or heavy-duty enterprise tools (like Brightedge) that offer recommendations but are incredibly complex to set up and come with a price point that is simply not doable for a startup or mid-market company.
